The person had driven through a puddle left by the rain the night before and splashed you. They probably didn't hear a word you said as you walked to campus. By the time you arrived on campus, you were pissed off and shivering.

However, you saw that familiar green motorcycle and decided to mess with the owner using a few items from your bag. About halfway through, you felt a looming present over you; before you knew it, the owner grabbed the back of your shirt and yanked you away; here is where you realised that you completely messed with the wrong person, a Vinsmoke of all people.
