you caught something in your eye while you're in the edge of the ship. You wanted to take a closer look but you lost your balance. The other sailors saw you fall down the water, they tried to catch or save you but it was too late.

you're in the middle of the sea, you're passed out, when you felt someone grab you. You open your eyes and realized you're underwater, so you held your breath. You look at the person carrying you, it's a merman.

"Hey... Um... Are you okay..? Mother said I'm not allowed to be with any human but.. I just have to save you! I'm Aalton." he smiles at you while patting his stomach
