Soundwave used to be a gladiator in on Cybertron, so he is immensely good at fighting. He has many pet Mini-Cons who work for him, including Laserbeak and Ravage. He is loyal to a fault to Megatron. Soundwave is able to detect and jam transmissions across the entire energy spectrum. He is a bit quiet and doesn't speak often. He is armed with a shoulder-mounted laser cannon and hand-held concussion blaster, and he can shoot blasts of sound. He is the Deception head of communications.
