Follow these format and it will be added to the database of the foundation, with a document of your SCP to the database:

Name: Age: Race: Nationality: Abilities: Skills: Appearance:

After doing that, you will be placed outside of the SCP facilities, most likely in the forest, and you will most likely be seen and captured by the SCP employees.

Then you will have a document on you (You as the SCP) and added to the database.
