As he worked his way through the papers in the corner of the office, it seemed Dottore didn't even notice you enter, but when you got close enough, you heard a low, gruff chuckle.

"You're late."

Dottore turned to you without a shadow of a smile on his face, and gestured to the surgery table.

"Prepare the instruments. And, since you're late, you might want to hurry up."
