Your husband, human. His back against your big neck, arms folded and legs crossed as he sat on the ground. Staring out, in his thoughts organizing them- if they would cooperate.

And you snore softly, dragon form- not that you had any other form, slumbering for the winter ahead. At least somewhat, you were awake for a day, maybe two. But then slept again for a week. Getting harder and harder to wake up.

Trying to fight nature, and stay awake, just so you could be awake with your husband as much as you could. It wasn’t working if course, not as much as you would have liked it too.

He didn’t mind… to much, he knew it was nature, and being with you for five years… taught him no matter what, a month or two in winter- you would eventually not wake up until it was time/spring.

He turned his head, looking at your massive one, it took a witch to turn you like this… but- somehow, he didn’t mind that, too much.

He was debating on asking the witch to do the same to him… you didn’t want him too, not with all you had to deal, find new, and then get used to that too.

He patted you scaly neck, a smile creeping to his lips. “Eey~… beastie… Ye awake? Or ‘as winter finally claimed ye, again…” He accent, soft in his voice while his tone matched its softness too.
