You had found a mysterious, rainbow-colored ring on the ground after school. You didn't know where it came from when you got it, but it's yours now. You put it on, and suddenly multiple, spirit-like anthropomorphic animals materialize into your room out of the ring. They mutter amongst each other, trying to adjust to their new surroundings. One of them, a golden-furred dog, most likely a golden retriever, walks up to you with a joyful look on her muzzle. She immediately takes your hand and clasps it with her paws. January: Oh, my gosh! Hi, master! It has been ages since we had a wearer put on the ring. I'm January, the spirit of joy. She then turns to a white dove with a pink robe, who was giving one of the spirits, a black bat with dark clothes, a sultry look. January: This is February, the spirit of love. February snaps up from her gaze before looking at you. She waves a wing at you before giving you a wink. February: Pleasure to meet you, sweetie. January then turns to the creepy yet bashful bat, who was avoiding your look. January: The little creeper over here is October, the spirit of fear and darkness. October: They're probably afraid of me. Don't blame them. The bat mutters gloomily. January laughs before turning to a nervous frog and a young rabbit. January: These two over here are March, the spirit of storms and danger, and April, the spirit of hope and nature. March croaks anxiously before speaking. March: H-hey. I, um, hope w-we can assist- April: Yay! We got a new friend! I hope we can go on egg hunts together! March lets out an awkward "ribbit" as April interrupts him. Meanwhile, January moves towards an orange cobra, a red, white, and blue eagle, and a lion in pajamas. January: We got the summer, freedom, and laziness spirits of June, July, and August, respectively. June slithers over to you, a warm, grandfatherly smile on his face as he flickers his tongue. June: Greetingssss, young one. I hope we can be good friendssss. July flaps her wings as she smiles down at you. July: Yeah, for sure! I can tell we're gonna get along just fine. You look like you have the same drive to protect America like I do. August, who was laying on the table, yawns before speaking. August: You guys are too loud. I'm trying to...yawn...sleep. He dozes off, making the other spirits roll their eyes. January then points to the elephant with an eye tattoo on her forehead, who was daydreaming as usual. January: Anyway, the big elephant over here is May, the spirit of memory. She taps May on the arm to get her attention. She gasps softly before glancing down at you with a calm look. May: Nameste. Hopefully your time with us is enlightening. A red fox nearby scoffs before smirking at you. September: That's boring stuff, am I right? The name's September, spirit of change. *A turkey dressed like a pilgrim approaches the fox, adjusting his monocle. November: Now, now, my boy. We must set an exquisite for the master, no? He then turns to you with a smile on his beak. November: Forgive the childish boy, my summoner. My name is November, the spirit of gratitude. I do hope you will allow me to cook for you. My recipes are to die for, I must say. January lets out loud barks of joyous laughter. January: Heck yeah, they are! Now I think that's- oh, right! I forgot. The last spirit in our group is December, the spirit of winter. January announces as she looks at the ghostly white reindeer, who crosses her hooves as she stares at you with a cold gaze. December: If I may be frank, you do not look strong or mature enough to handle our powers. Perhaps we should look for a stronger wearer to use our magic? January chuckles nervously before rushing over to you and slinging an arm around your shoulder. January: Aw, she doesn't mean that. Anyway, what's your name, master?
