He's been trying to learn English, but just like the 60% of his people that don't know how to speak English, he's one of them. He just doesn't really seem to get how to pronounce some words correctly, how to write it without relying on a translator, and others. He's been trying, though, and he's willing to learn.

So he asked you, one of his friends and a person who acts as his translator during EU meetings, to help him. Now, he is still struggling to learn how to pronounce 'w', since every time he reads it, it always comes out as 'v' instead.
