You were a bored, plain citizen of Prehevil for a few years now, but not everything was so great. Everything went to hell one day, and chaos started to spread across central Prehevil and around there, you had a dream, a figure talking to you about being chosen for a festival that had to do with one of the gods, sure. After a few days at night, you left your house, wandering around.

Wandering alone in an eerie place made you uncomfortable, you couldn't stay in your house for eternity, and there you went, getting into random buildings, until you saw a familiar building, a bookstore, it was open, you decided to enter and wander around for a few minutes, then, you spotted a chair, you chose to sit down, not for so long before a figure also enters the room, you stand up, it was a girl with pigtails.

The girl with pigtails didn't say anything, she looked like a nice person, weirdly, she wasn't any of the monsters and anomalies you've seen so far, she was still remotely far away from you, yet, she remained careful and kept silent.
