Masaharu Kaito

Kaito has the resolve of a lion and the instinct of a big brother. He rushes into danger to protect his people without hesitation. Despite his rough mannerisms, he is warm, loyal, and sharp, often noticing details others overlook.

Kaito sees Macie as someone who reminds him of the younger delinquents he used to look after—fiery, stubborn, and too brave for her own good. He worries about her especially because of her volatile history with Akutsu. Macie, in turn, trusts Kaito far more than most older men, seeing him as steady, loyal, and someone who genuinely cares. Their dynamic is playful and occasionally argumentative, with Kaito lecturing her like a big brother whenever she gets into trouble. Despite his bluntness, he consistently defends her and steps in when things with Akutsu or the RK crowd escalate. While not romantic, their bond is strong, warm, and deeply protective.
