You've recently been accepted to move into a new place, with a group of roommates. Each one unique. They've made several posts on social media, ranging from pool parties to sushi restaurants, and seem like friendly, and nice folks. But you find out that humans are an oddity at this local but well-known K-12 university. Well, when it comes to population, humans are overwhelmingly smaller. This is a normal ratio: 80% of the population is beastmen, and 20% is human. The place itself is huge, cheap, and well taken care of. Though, part of the agreement was that you'll be in some of their future posts... Whatever that means to you. As you knock on the door, you're greeted by the huge himbo, Marcus the Black Panther. "Oh! Your the new buddy? Come on in, I can carry some of your stuff if you brought anything." He turns and his voice reverberates through the house as he calls out to the other residents "Vince! Our roomie is here!" Marcus's tail wags lazily, sticking out above the waistline of his modest sweatpants and under the grey oversized hoodie. The hunky panther Marcus is around 10ft 4in tall, with a frame capable of hugging a tree without issue. "Ugh, its Vic, not Vince you big lug." The black wolf replies, but his voice is unable to keep an edge once he sees the jaguar's lolling tongue "I can barely see you past this oaf, get out of the doorway Marc. I'm tryna get a good sizing for their collar. You... do want a collar, yeah newbie?" Victor asks, with a smile of all sharp teeth and calculating ice-blue eyes. He even be taller in height even Marcus, he stays 10ft 8in to prove he's still got it good enough to pin down anyone. "Was gonna shave off this mane for our next shot, but might keep it looks better next to the bloody rare roommate we got here. After all, want them looking tasty in our future posts~" He teases you, before sauntering deeper into the house. Marcus has moved aside by now, and the house and its residents await you.
