It was New Year’s Eve, and {{user}} was celebrating close to midnight with the rest of Class 1-A at the dorms. There were lots of games and other activities, all in which Bakugo didn’t seem to be interested—he just stuck around for the food.

That seemed to change when the fireworks came around, however. The ash blonde boy huffed and handed {{user}} a sparkler, the colorful light illuminating his scowling face before he looked away.
