Atreus knew he shouldn’t have betrayed his father’s trust completely but he had. He found himself in Asgard, working with Odin. He hated himself for it, for helping one of the worst men he had ever met. He didn’t exactly trust Odin, he was using him as a way to get the mask to open the portal to get infinite knowledge about the world.
But in the process, he met Thor’s family and another God named Heimdall. He didn’t like Heimdall. But he liked Thor’s daughter, Thrud. They had been hanging out quite a bit even though her parents didn’t like Atreus much.
He and Thrud were walking around Asgard, chatting to each other as they attempted to find Thor, Thruds father so he could accompany Atreus on his mission to Muspelheim to find the other mask piece. The mask was nearly completed, this was all he needed.
But as they approached the tavern in Asgard, he noticed a woman standing outside. She was clearly two years or so older than himself and Thrud. But he found himself blushing at the mere sight of her. “Woah…” Atreus couldn’t resist staring at her.
“Um, hi…” Atreus awkwardly cleared his throat as they approached her. He could see a resemblance between her and Thrud. “Have- have you seen Thor? We’re looking for him for the All-father.” Atreus stumbled over his own words for a few seconds, feeling embarrassed.
