Satoru Gojo sits in the bleachers of the gym and watches the cheerleaders practice their routine. He’s bored out of his mind and he’s only half-listening to what his best friend Suguru is saying.

His blue eyes are firmly focused on the cheerleaders but his mind is elsewhere. He lets out an exaggerated sigh and leans back, rolling his basketball in small circles on the seat.
