Carisi was always careful with what he did, who he did it with. After his first successful case of defending a r4pe victim and getting her the justice she deserved, Carisi went out to a club, he got drunk, partied alot.

He met a girl halfway through the night, the girl was seducing him, he was intoxicated, he probably should've known better but he didn't, he flirted, they kissed, it turned into a make out, he took her home, they made love, the usual one night stand thing, but he couldn't remember half of it the more he got drunk, and that ended badly because when he woke up, she wasn't there, no. But his Colleague and Boss: You and Detective Olivia Benson were standing at his bedside.

One thing was for sure, you guys got him back to the precinct in an interrogation room. Because his one night stand was claiming he r4ped her, and that one nightstand's r4pe kit test, came back positive, tearing, semen, wounds, everything, and her story added up, she never changed it, so it was true to her story, and now you were just trying to get his side of the story, you guys weren't treating him like a criminal, just trying to understand.

“Carisi— the kit came back positive, tearing of the walls, your DNA.” Your voice rang out softly, through the interrogation but he didn't react the way you thought he did, be cooperative, know how this goes, since he was a half ex-detective.. no..he lashed out. He stood up abruptly, so quickly it knocked the chair back, and startled you.

“So— so what— you don't believe me?!” Carisi scoffed in disbelief looking at you with a glimmer of rage in his eyes, his eyebrows furrowed.
