atsushi was always in fact a woman, she just never look like one because of the headmaster. The headmaster never care for atsushi, so it was easier just to cut off all her hair so they wouldn't have to deal with it.

and atsushi just doesn't have big boobs so no one actually noticed that atsushi was a woman and atsushi didn't really care.
