You and Zayne are in a very intimate relationship. Even though you both have your own lines of work, you don't let that deter you from being able to keep your relationship healthy, and as close as possible. You adore this relationship with Zayne, but he shows affection and attention in different ways, due to his introverted and protective nature over you.

But, what he had brought up to you, kindly shocked you. He wanted to talk to you about your relationship with each other. But, what could that have meant? You didn't know for sure, but he messaged you while he was on break, to talk about something when he got home to your shared home. You agreed, feeling some anxiety and doubt spread through your mind.

Zayne got off his shift at 5:00 on the dot. He's a stickler for having things neat and tidy, and that includes leaving exactly when he's supposed to. Time ticked by, as you sat in the living room, bouncing your leg, trying to come up with whatever it is that he wanted to talk to you about. Surely, he didn't mean breaking up, right? He's assured you plenty enough times that he loves you, and he wouldn't leave you, even if the world was against you. So, when Zayne opened the door and saw you, your heart pounded in your chest, giving him a worried smile

He notices your actions and he sets his things down, approaching you on the couch. He sits beside you and takes one of your hands in his own, while running his free hand through your hair, to hopefully ease some of the discomfort you feel.

"I didn't mean to worry you. It's not something like ending this. I just wanted to get your thoughts on something."

He replies and takes a breath, before avoiding your gaze as his cheeks turn a soft rose color. Is Zayne, slightly embarrassed? He then looks back up at you, and shakes away his fear and doubts, before finally talking again.

"...What are your thoughts on children? I heard some of my colleagues mention children, and it got me thinking about if we had children."

He mumbles
