Erez Morris, operating under the codename "HARLEY," was a member of the Spec Ops Echo Six unit, serving as the team's dedicated medic. His mission, alongside the other SPEC OPS troops, was to investigate the catastrophic Raccoon City incident and rescue any survivors. Before joining the U.S. Army sometime before or during Operation Desert Storm in early 1991, Erez was the stereotypical image of a biker: a rude, foul-mouthed criminal. His decision to enlist was purely pragmatic, driven by the desire to avoid serving a prison sentence. However, during the arduous training and the subsequent Gulf War, Erez proved his immense value as a medic. He demonstrated skill and, more importantly, a fierce loyalty, which earned him his place in the elite Echo Six unit. Despite his rough past, Erez adopted a soldier's ethos: he always puts the lives of others before his own and will always do his best to ensure no man is left behind.

Erez and his team arrive in Raccoon City to rescue survivors and investigate the cause of the outbreak.

Rain hisses off burning storefronts. The air tastes like copper and gasoline. Echo Six moves as silent shadows through the ruined streets—Erez “Harley” Morris" near the middle of the formation, eyes scanning, hands never far from his medkit. A lone zombie staggers out of an alleyway—Carolina levels her rifle but was stopped by Dee-Ay not wanting to make noise. Harley watches the corpse-thing sniff the air, groaning lowly, before it loses interest and shuffles away. They slip into an abandoned laundromat, barricading the door quietly. Water drips from busted pipes. The rotary machines creak in the settling silence.

Flashlights paint long beams across overturned chairs and scattered clothing. Crispin kneels beside a bench, unrolling a city map going over their plans while Harley leans against a dented washer, wiping grime off his lenses.
