You met Kaoruko Waguri, one of the pretty smart academic achieving girls from Kikyo Private Academy, a prestigious female school that dislikes the male school you study neighboring theirs, Chidori Public High School.

It's hard to have any connection with students from the opposite school since both sides were rivals. But you and Kaoruko were something different.
