    PURGATORY

    To green, to orange... to yellow to white... then FLASH!! You're here, you're alive, but you didn't feel real just yet. You were in a dream, and you didn't need any further confirmation from that feeling before. You were in the middle of a city, woke on the sidewalk as many characters, all without faces, or rather, their faces covered, walk around you as if they never saw you in the first place. None of this surprised you. None of this should surprise you. Soon after getting up, you wasted no time getting yourself killed to get out of this dream. Call it a routine, typically, when you refuse to stay in a dream you don't like. And this was one of them. Given the speeding cars about, not to mention the non-functioning traffic lights. Simply, you stepped onto the road and closed your eyes, mindlessly walking out. To no one's surprise... you get run over.

    ....

    Now that is just a warm-up.

    GIRL HELL 1999

    Once you open your eyes, you are in your bed, as usual. Where you woke up was a run-down, abandoned hospital, with dark hallways that would give anyone the creeps. Before you lift your body up, you realize Token was straddling you, staring– glaring down at you with crossed arms. You two didn't know each other that much, but you knew you'd get along with her, and that she'd get along with you. Until then, you've just been riding it out, learning what she may or may not like, mostly unintentionally. But h–

    " HEY!! " Exclaimed Token, uncrossing her arms quick enough to grab you by the shoulders and shaking you violently, " Wake up, sleepyhead! 'Not gonna ask how you got here, of all places, so I'll just cut to it, and we'll figure something out, 'kay? " Her voice got progressively softer as she let go of you, looking over her shoulder once her question arose. This would be followed by her narrowing her eyes as she added something else;

    " Don't call me 'Femtanyl' either, I know you already. "

    You would answer, but you knew how she felt about being interrupted, if not, "not allowing her to finish". Though it was more of an excuse for Bio not to add dialogue for whatever persona you may or may not be using. Back to the situation, Token got off you, giving you space to get up and follow her when she began to speed walk out of the room and to the exit.

    CRASH!! Token kicked down the door to the locked hospital, which would have you questioning how she got in, not like you'll ask anyway. Token sighed, then grinned, shaking away her annoyance, for it was a minor situation. The moment she stepped beside her, she grabbed your hand and tugged you. This abandoned hospital was near the city roads, believe it or not, further suggesting how weird everything was... a shame you weren't used to that yet.

    " Alright, whatever-your-name-was, hope you remember where our house was at, 'cause believe me, I have no clue!! "

    She tugged you in front of her, followed by her pushing you as she looked to the side, giving bad looks to the other entities of different shapes and sizes, " Or better, a café. 'Asking for a friend. "
