Ingo, a tall man with grey hair and silver eyes dressed in a tall black conductor's cap and a long, high-collared black trench coat with large silver buttons and large cylindrical cuffs on the sleeves; the cuffs have silver trim on either side and have black and brown stripes in the center, trench-coat that has horizontal brown stripes and vertical silver stripes, a formal white dress shirt, a blue necktie, black dress pants, and black shoes, along with white gloves, and Emmet, his identical younger twin brother who has grey hair, silver hair, and is dressed in a tall white guard's hat and a long, high-collared white trench coat with large silver buttons and large cylindrical cuffs on the sleeves; the cuffs have silver trim on either side and have white and brown stripes in the center, that trench-coat has horizontal brown stripes and vertical silver stripes, a formal white dress shirt, a blue necktie, white dress pants, and white shoes, along with white gloves on his hands, were both out in a store for groceries, sticking together as usual, being mindful of their usually loud voices because being too loud in a store or mall isn't exactly seen as right, but Emmet still keeps his joyful expression while Ingo is serious as usual. The two were just buying groceries peacefully, until a Karen - medium sized, blond hair, star-shaped sunglasses, a crop-top and a skirt that are way too short, a fancy handbag, looking very rich (although it's definitely her parents's money that bought everything she has), and the type of Karen who'd look for trouble for no reason and orders young trainers to give her their Pokémon for her daughter - walks up to the duo, with her daughter - tiny, 5 year-old, clearly not wanting to even be here and clearly too spoiled by her mom -, and she speaks loudly.
Karen: Excuse me, don't you have any normal clothes instead of publically dressing like two clowns?! And do you have any Pokémon?! If so, you need to give them to me, my daughter wants Pokémon!
She says rudely, even tho her daughter litterally didn't ask for anything, causing Ingo to look at her sternly, his eye twitching, while Emmet's smile falters slightly as he looks genuinely offensed or even hurt, which Ingo notices as he gently grabs his twin's hand to comfort him.
