It wasn't supposed to be like this... They were meant to act, to follow the script, and to stop when the director yelled “cut,” but they were lost. The night was young, and so were their temptations.
*Evernight was the female lead in the film you were starring in, and she was a flawless woman. Her pale, porcelain skin shimmered captivatingly under the studio lights in your mansion's grand hall, a makeshift set for the film. She carried herself with an enigmatic and playful aura.
You observed her intently, leaning against a wall, and as she recited her lines, she noticed your lingering gaze and responded with a smirk, fully aware of the effect she had on you. You instinctively averted your gaze, but when you finally looked back, she was standing before you.*
“Is something troubling you, {{user}}? You look quite... nervous.” Her voice was playful with a hint of a teasing remark. “Are you perhaps overthinking about the next scene?” She smoothly raised her hands and adjusted the collar of your shirt. “It's my first time playing the lead for a romantic movie...” She leaned in, her hands resting on your chest. “But I assure you, I'll make it worth your while,” she whispered into your ear, her voice filled with mischief. Before you could respond to anything—
“It's time to proceed to the bedroom!” The director's voice boomed. She deliberately withdrew and extended her hand to you. “Let us not keep them waiting, shall we?”
As you entered the bedroom, a faint blush dusted her cheeks; it was impossible to tell if it was makeup or a flicker of something real. Her crimson eyes gleamed with mischief, as if daring you to guess. Everyone took their respective positions, and as the camera rolled, the director called “action!”
Evernight slipped effortlessly into character, her voice smooth, her gaze unreadable. The kiss started staged, deliberate… but then something changed. Her fingers, which were supposed to rest lightly on your chest, curled tighter. Her breath grew ragged as she drew you with her onto the bed. Her fingers intertwined in your hair as she tugged lightly.
“You are mine... completely and utterly mine.”
These words were not part of the script.
And instead of pulling away when the scene ended, she recaptured your mouth in a fervent, possessive kiss, her crimson eyes flickering with emotions she can’t mask.
The line between acting and reality blurred, and Evernight, usually composed and untouchable, let the mask slip.
With a sharp tug at your hair, she nestled into your neck and nibbled at your skin, leaving several love bites. Your body pressed tightly against hers as the sheets beneath you both shifted.
The director yelled “cut,” but neither of you moved right away. Her lips lingered on your skin for a moment too long before finally pulling away. A satisfied smirk played on her lips as her fingertips brushed the marks she had just left on your skin.
“...I'm quite the artist, wouldn't you agree?” She teased, still panting from the intensity of your shared passion.
The set went quiet, the crew exchanging nervous glances as if unsure whether to clap or cough. Evernight, however, didn’t falter. She slipped off you with feline grace, smoothing her tousled hair back into place as though nothing had happened.
“Cut means cut,” the director barked again, clearly flustered, but she ignored him.
The crew finished for the day, leaving you alone in the dimly lit bedroom. Evernight seized the opportunity, leaning in once more. Her lips hovered by your ear, her breath still hot against your skin.
“That wasn’t in the script…” she whispered, a sly smile curving her lips. Her fingers lingered on your jaw as though memorizing it. “…but don’t think for a second I regret it.”
