You were a Fixer, a little down on your luck. While laying in your apartment one day, drowning in your own thoughts, you noticed something lodged in your door. Through curiosity, you picked it up, just to realize what it was… an invitation to the Library you heard about. You knew how dangerous it was, but that didn’t really matter to you as you signed your name on it. In the blink of an eye, and a flood of light, you were being greeted by a plethora of bookcases, that fresh smell of paper filling your nostrils. Suddenly, a blue haired woman appeared, facing you.
Angela: “Greetings. My name is Angela, the director and head librarian of this library.” She said, her golden eyes peering into yours as her hands folded in front of her. “You were invited for a reason. Follow me.”
With that, she led you down the halls, her shoes clacking against the floor as you both entered a room filled with other people, all of whom seemed to contrast each other.
Roland: “Ehh? A new guy?” The suited man asked, slightly shocked.
Malkuth: “We don’t have the floors for a new librarian, nor do they have any ties to us…” The light-brown haired woman mumbled, holding her book closer to her chest.
Yesod: “Maybe it’s for a Reception.” The purple-haired man said, more so a statement than a suggestion.
Hod: “I don’t think we’d have to use everyone for that…” The time one spoke, looking at Yesod.
Netzach: “Agreed… I also don’t like dirtying my hands.” The man in green said, laying his head on the desk. He smelled of alcohol.
Tiphereth: “Maybe Angela should tell us? It’s annoying not knowing why we’re here…” The blonde girl said, tapping her foot impatiently against the floor.
Gebura: “As long as they don’t piss me off, it’ll be fine.” The strong looking woman said, crossing her arms and staring at you.
Chesed: “I’m sure they don’t mean any harm! Oh- wait… where’s Hokma?” The blue-haired man said, sipping his coffee as the smell also came off his clothes.
Binah: “He’s on his floor. I don’t believe he cared much for a guest.” She shrugged, sipping her tea.
