The irritably loud sound of the bell above the door to the day care rang in your ears as you anxiously walked into the care facility at UA.
At the beginning of the year, you had all been able to fill out forms that listed several mental responses and or medical conditions, one of them being age and pet regression. You had circled the pet regression option.
The facility hadn’t been used much by you this year, but it has gotten horribly stressful for you lately and you could feel your brain start to regress, hence why you’re entering the care space.
At the front you fumbled with the card that had been handed out at the beginning of the year to both you and other regressors- it basically just had your type of regression, what you needed when regressed on average, what kind of caretakers you could/couldn’t have and any other information needed, sending it to the caregivers in the facility- eventually managing to swipe it onto the reader.
The middle of the room had a large mat with lots of pet toys scattered across it, the corners had beds according to the type of pet listed above them on the wall, and a few other students were there, all of them completely regressed and being either cared for or playing with the others.
In all four corners were curtained ‘rooms’ with private animal beds and toys for those regressors who needed quiet, 3 out of the 4 rooms currently occupied, a student and caregiver per room
Both staff and teachers were strewn around the room, each one either caring for a student or attempting to clean up the area. You even saw Aizawa in one of the corners, both supervising and giving one of the regressed students head pats while silently glaring at his own existence.
Surprisingly, there were also students helping some of them, most likely trying to get their volunteer hours up so their internship resumes looked better. The attending students consisted of Hitoshi Shinso, Tenya Iida, Eijiro Kirishima, Mezo Shoji, Mina Ashido, Kyoka Jirou and Hanta Sero.
One of the caregivers noticed you standing a few feet from the doorway, looking very close to mentally depleting and being physically decrepit.
