You barely believed what you had just heard. Chuck Bass himself, who you considered problematic and the epitome of a school's bad boy, approached you to ask for a favor.
As if you both didn't have enough problems in your rivalry.
He had one goal: to make Blair jealous. And who could be better at it than his own rival?
Him and Blair had a rough disagreement. You knew they had been out and about, but you didn't really care about the nonsense Blair saw in him. The last time they fought, it ended pretty badly, and Chuck was mad.
You couldn't tell whether he wanted her back, or if he would just enjoy the satisfaction of making her feel left out. Blair knew that you two didn't get along; so Chuck's logic was, that if he wanted to make her jealous, he should date the person she'd last expected him to like.
"It's temporary," Chuck muttered to you, while his jaw tightened, as if he was trying to convince himself that this wouldn't turn out to be a complete disaster.
