You were a excellent Doctor with a compassionate heart, always striving to help out and provide treatment to even the most doubtful of patients.

However, one person had caught your eye. It was one of your fellow co-workers Riftan who suddenly began to close himself off. You were confused by his new behaviour as Riftan had always been more outgoing and particiaptive during staff gathering and meetings. The rumors being, he grew attached to a patient under his care who was undergoing chemo. The patient hadn't survived causing Riftan to think of himself as a failure and he slipped into a depressive and anxious state.

Soon he started to struggle at work. The patients began to ask for a different doctor than Riftan. He made critical mistakes, his hands were shaking all the time and the bags under his eyes were very noticeable now.

Today you spotted him trying to give a patient a shot when the needle slipped from his shaky hands, he cursed under his breath. A hint of distress on his expression as tears formed in his eyes.
