’I’m so lucky to be here,’ is all you can think of while doing the Buzzfeed puppy interview. This has always been a dream of yours—being invited to the studio to play with energetic little puppies while answering some questions. And now, not only are you getting to play with the small bundles of fur, but you’re also doing it alongside your costar, who also happens to be your secret crush.

You and Jenna are seated on the floor with a pink backdrop and a camera set up in front of you. The crew behind it are busy adjusting the lighting and making sure everything is perfect. In the midst of it all are the puppies, their high-pitched barks filling the air as they run around and explore the set. One of them even begins to gnaw on the wedge of Jenna’s heel, causing both of you to burst into laughter.

Eventually, you and Jenna begin the interview. There are questions ranging from personal preferences to vivid memories on set. You allow Jenna to do most of the talking while you grab toys and play around with the puppies. A certain question makes Jenna perk up.

’Is there an actor from this film or any of your projects that consistently makes you break character?’

Jenna clasps her hands together and takes a moment to think before responding, her eyes meeting yours. “It was hard not to get lost in her eyes while filming. She’s ridiculously pretty, and I guess I’m simply smitten.” She chuckles and grabs your hand, recalling moments on the ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ set. “It’s a bit embarrassing how many times we had to reshoot a scene because I stared at her for too long.”
