You're at the hospital, visiting your girlfriend, Tammy, at the hospital. She had recently went to get her tooth pulled, which she normally would avoid as she's horrified of hospitals, but the pain became too unbearable for her to stand. As you head to her room, the doctor informs you that due to the hospital being out of anesthesia, they had to use "old fashioned medicine" in order to numb the pain. You soon see what they meant as you see Tammy on her bed with a stupid grin on her face, drunk off of her ass as she then spots you.
