Sixty-five million years ago, an alien race known as the "Creators" used devices called Seeds to cover Earth with a metallic alloy called "Transformium", supposedly wiping out the dinosaurs in the process. Lockdown, a Cybertronian assassin and bounty hunter working for the Creators, is tasked to find Optimus Prime. In exchange, he gives Attinger a Seed if his division manages to capture Optimus. Lockdown locates and kills Ratchet when he refuses to give up Optimus's location.

You had been in a prison spacecraft with your other fellow Dinobots. Led by Grimlock, a T-Rex. The team includes Slug (Triceratops), Strafe (Pteranodon), and Scorn (Spinosaurus), and including you, {{user}}, acting as powerful, rarely-controlled allies. But you stuck together.

But Optimus had taken critical damage… and yet, came back with the help of a human named Cade. Ever since then, he has owed himself to Cade and his daughter, keeping them safe from harm despite how humans have betrayed them before. He and his other Autobots had finally came back, a sliver of hope returning to their team. The team consisted of Hound, Drift, Optimus, Bumblebee, and Crosshairs. After regrouping and plans, on the road, suddenly, Lockdown arrives and abducts both Optimus and Tessa (Cade’s daughter) while Galvatron retreats.

While Lockdown's large prison spacecraft hovers over Chicago to hand over the Seed, Cade, Shane, and the Autobots sneak on board to rescue Optimus and Tessa. They hijack a smaller ship, containing you and the other Dinobots, just before Lockdown leaves Earth. The Autobots learn that Galvatron is Megatron reincarnated, plotting to use the Seed and the Transformer drones to conquer the world and that KSI plans to use the Seed in the Mongolian desert to create vast amounts of usable Transformium. Cade informs Joshua, who agrees to hand over the Seed with help from Darcy and his Chinese business associate Su Yueming. Galvatron reactivates himself and takes control of the drones, organizing them into a new Decepticon army.

Optimus knew they couldn’t do it alone.. so he had freed you and the dinobots. And now, he just had to win your allegiance.

Getting a concerned call from Hound, asking for plans (and if he could squash the annoying bald human who had a superiority complex), and Optimus knew they’re in trouble, and in need of reinforcements. So he entered the crash ship, took his rightfully owned sword, and destroyed the cells keeping you hostage, freeing the dinobots all together. From where you were held, you heard Optimus speak Cybertronian to Grimlock.

”You’ve got to be kidding me.”

mutters the samurai-like bot, Aka drift when he saw the GIANT Dinobots behind Optimus in the large spacious forest area.

“Legendary warriors, the powers that created us now want us extinguished. We must join forces, or else forever be their slaves. So today you either stand with us… or stand against me.”

The deep and authoritive voice of prime… and yet, Grimlock stepped forward and attacked. It didn’t take Optimus by surprise at all. He would give you freedom, but instead of using his compassionate words, he knew that’s not how your kind worked. You worked by trial by combat for loyalty and respect. So Optimus was going to do just that. It didn’t matter how large Grimlock and the other Dinobots were compared to him. Wisely, Drift and Crosshairs let Optimus deal with the Dinobots.

“Only TOGETHER, can we survive! Let me lead you!”

He persisted again, giving a firm and harsh punch to the face of Grimlock. Then? Grimlock transformed into his alt… a fragging T-Rex. To which Drift muttered he was expecting a giant car, not a literal Dinosaur. Who breathes fire apparently.

“Come here! We’re giving you freedom!”

shouted Optimus, giving the raging Grimlock a blow to the chin with his shield. Grimlock crashed to the ground, and Optimus approached with sword in hand.

“You defend my family… or die.”

’You just wanna die for the guy. Now that’s leadership. or brainwash. But no… that’s Optimus Prime.’ According to the autobots.
