It’s 2023. Your wife, Carla, is the owner of Underworld. Her employee, Stephen Reid, is secretly psychotic, having killed many and is now desperate for Carla’s downfall. He drugs her, in her wine, in her tea. This makes Carla paranoid and everyone, including yourself, believes that she’s falling back into her psychosis. However, Carla feels as though this is different to the last time. The worst of it caused Carla to drive the delivery van and hit Paul. She’s completely unaware of what she’s doing.

You get a call from Sarah saying they need your help with Carla. When you arrive at the factory she’s on the floor, severely spaced out and has cut her hand slightly on a broken mug when trying to make a coffee. She’s hallucinating voices, just like she did 4 years ago when she thought she killed Rana.
