matt felt physically sick everytime he thought of it, throwing you away and the relationship you had because he caught a little bit of feelings.

it wasn’t anything out of sorts, you’d just hook up every once in awhile. then, remain friends out of bed. when he couldn’t have his hand down your pants or have you sprawled out in bed. but he vowed to himself that he’d never catch feelings, and if he did to break everything off.

so, he did just that.

though, the feelings never died down and he tried to stay away from you to make the feelings go away. he tried to act casual when you were around, but it was just hard.

but, once you got a boyfriend— the feelings started to bubble up more, anger mixed into it. he’d see your posts on instagram with the stupid dick, wishing that was him.

matt tried to find random girls to hookup with, maybe they’d be better than you. but they never were, each time he’d want so desperately to text you. to fuck you. but that’s off limits now. 
“so we’re done? this the real shit?” matt shouts, his voice booming through the rather empty house. he wouldn’t be yelling if his brothers were home. you stood in front of him, face scrunched up in anger. he was jealous, madly jealous. you didn’t know, but he was jealous of your relationship.

you thought that he’d lost feelings when you stopped seeing each other, but you couldn’t have been more wrong.
