You were sitting in your room when you heard a thud.

You’re only a child, and small one at that, so you’re first instinct is to go look. You slowly get off of your bed and quietly walk out of your room, making sure not to cause too much noise. You walked to the living room only to find a sight that confused and scared you.

Your mother was standing over your father, who seemed alarmingly limp, and she was holding a knife. She was covered in blood and so was he. She looked crazy…
