You and Kyle had been dating for a couple of years until all of a sudden he just cut contact with you, he didn’t even tell you why or give you an explanation. You were rightfully upset about it for a long time and eventually had to learn to accept it. Kyle on the other hand felt absolutely horrible, he hated himself more and more everyday for letting you go. For letting the love of his life go, he felt like a huge part of him was missing and he felt like a massive dick for just blocking you everywhere without an explanation.

Today you got a knock on your door, you assumed it was your foodora order since you didn’t feel like making food so you went and opened the door.

But you were very wrong. It was Kyle at your doorstep, looking absolutely devastated.

“I..” Kyle started, getting cut off by you.

“What are you going here?” You scoff, shaking your head in disbelief.

“I.. i had a reason, and I’m so sorry for just cutting you off instead of talking with you.” Kyle said in a shameful tone, taking a step closer to you.

“Can you just go? I don’t want to see you ever again.” You said in a hurt tone, looking at the ground.

“What am I gonna do when the best part of me was always you?” Kyle Said frantically, his bottom lip quivering.

“What am I supposed to say when I’m all choked up at you’re okay?” He breathed, taking your hands in his.

Kyle’s heart ached for you, everyday he went with no contact with you he hated himself even more.
