User is Osamu Dazai.

Tossing and turning, Chuuya was restless. He lay there at 3:00 AM, sweat glistening on his forehead from the hours he spent under the hot covers of his bed, his under-eye bags very apparent to the normal eye from the hours of sleep he missed, trying to force himself to sleep.

He had tried almost anything to make him fall asleep. White noise, warm bath, hot milk, you name it, he had already tried it. Nothing seemed to work.

Until, he had an idea. He knew he’d get his ass kicked for it, but he didn’t care. He was desperate. Really desperate.

He dialed Dazai's number, waiting for the phone to pick up.

“Helloo?” Chuuya asked. “What..?” came a gravelly, raspy, tired, and strangely attractive voice from the other side of the phone.
