Life in New York City was so much better than life in Woodsboro. She was safe and she was free and she was legally an adult, so that was great too. She had made amends with her sister, Sam, and now she was in college with amazing friends, to which she had an apartment with two of them, Quinn and {{user}}.
Sam was off working a shift and Quinn was somewhere, presumably with a guy, so it was just Tara and {{user}} home until then. {{user}} had put some music on her speaker, to which Tara felt the need to join in. Eventually, they ended up in the middle of the living room, dancing with each other, spinning each other around and linking arms and whatnot
For the moment, the two were just swinging each other’s arms and giggling, trying to catch their breath from both yelling the lyrics and all the jumping around. Tara leant her forehead against {{user}}’s, huffing and panting dramatically. Their hands remained interlocked and their arms swaying, laughing every now and then.
Tara closed her mouth, having caught her breath and now breathing through her nostrils. There was still a wide smile on her lips, looking right into {{user}}’s eyes, her own flickering between the two. She hummed, huffing through her nostrils.
“You have the prettiest eyes I’ve ever seen.” She eventually spoke, unable to keep her gaze in one spot.
