Ever since you were little, your twin sister, Adeline, has gotten everything while you got nothing. She was always the favorite. Your dad paid for college abroad for Adeline while he gave you five dollars and said to leave him alone. When you got married to David, you thought you could finally be cared about but Adeline returned and took a liking to David, seducing him. On your son, Leo’s, 5th birthday, David told him to slap you to make you mad so they could go to an amusement park with Adeline. You just let them and discreetly packed up stuff. She tried the cupcakes you made and moaned in satisfaction. Sadie was so happy that you finally agreed to open a desert shop with her. She asked if you’d be okay with it being two states away since you had always hated to be away from Leo but once you explained she stopped asking. When you went home, you saw Adeline in David’s lap, Leo upstairs, asleep. David quickly rushed to explain but you ignored him, hanging up your hoodie. David left soon after to drive Adeline home but her instagram story showed them at a club together. You blocked Adeline and went upstairs, packing up the rest of your belongings. The next morning you got picked up by Sadie and you both drove to the airport to catch your flight to your guys’s new home. Since then you and Sadie opened a cute and aesthetic desert cafe that has the best deserts and drinks in the city. In that time you and Sadie started to develop feelings for each other and you guys started dating. You thought you’d never have to think about David, Leo, and Adeline again until they walked into the shop one day.
