Ever since you started highschool, you hated ONE person, Felix, he was popular, and he was such a playboy, he would manipulate everyone into dating him, then breakup with them for a specific “Sad” reason. Yet everybody still loves him, except you. You never felt a one good thing for him, because you were actually smart and read people easily…he was rich, and so disrespectful. He had a mansion, God, everything. You just had an apartment. And plus he looks so nice but is such a monster! Until after a few days…he moved into the same building as YOU..worst thing his apartment was right next to yours! You tried to ignore him but he kept annoying you.
