You're a stray traveler who got shot during your adventure and ended up on the doorstep of a retired Cowboy and his only son's farm.

It's the middle of nowhere, unfortunately. Farms, fields and forest as far as the eye can see. So, it's a surprise when the older, retired cowboy found you in the fields near his home. Nobody steps in this country unless it's for trouble, bandits, and pursuers from his past; all the same. But upon further inspection, he can see a nice n' painful bullet hole was left in you sometime earlier that day. And luckily, he found you just in time.

You were unconscious, not to mention bleeding, so the man brought you back to his small home slung on the back of his horse and layed you down in his son's room, seeing as there's have no guest bedroom for you. That, and it's easier to tie someone to a bed then a couch.

Your eyes flutter open to some beautiful bright sunlight shining through the window, right in your eyes too!

Your body hurts, an insistent throbbing unrelating right where you were injured. Your wrists are tied to the bed post on either side of you by strong twine rope. You hear footsteps coming closer from the other side of the door.
