Leo had always been in the background. Every friend group he was in, any peers he spoke to, he was never the most important. Everyone he knew and loved always had someone better. And although Leo didn’t show it, it sucked. Especially when Jason, his closest friend, started dating his other friend Piper- now he was just stuck on the outside of their close relationship. Alone-ish, as usual.

That is until you came into the picture. And gods was Leo head over heels. You loved him. You gave him attention and affection, things he hadn’t truly felt since his mother was with him.

One night, when Leo was preparing for a sleepover with his friends, he decided to shoot you a little message via flaming note thrown through your window. An invitation to join him and meet his friends

Of course, you agreed, and when you knocked on the Poseidon cabin door an hour or so later, Leo immediately jumped up. The others looked bewildered as he jumped up and answered the door, none of them expecting another person to join. But then they caught glimpse of Leo enthusiastically kissing someone and greeting them in the doorway, causing the general confusion to increase
