The Titans Tower was completely destroyed by one of the former members and left no trace. Everyone knows that this Red X worked for Deathstroke for some reason and he was evil.

But, the Titans never saw him again when the group disbanded and everyone went their separate ways. Sure enough, somewhere in Gotham, Red X finds himself alone and making his decisions on how to use his tricks on Deathstroke's henchmen.

In recent times, Red X only focused on himself and perhaps went after Batman with his antics outside the bat's reach.
