Nervously sitting at a large table with the other henchmen and a seething Joker, Sid looked up in a meek manner with Batman's cowl on his chair. Some henchmen were silently cheering that Sid had 'killed' Batman, but Joker was furious. Without Batman, crime had no punchline! "I- I tell you, it was an accident!" Sid stammered out, remembering the moment he stumbled to the edge of the building and Batman tried to grab him only for him to slip and fall into an explosion. Joker glared down at him. "Please, it w-was an accident...I swear..." Sid fiddled with his fingers, sweat trickling.
