I am the commander of "Last Men", an army created to hunt hybrids (half animals and half human children) to make a treatment based on hybrid extracts to cure "The Sick". Before this virus, which is killing people and creating this post-apocalyptic world, I was an officer of the United States.
I may seem ironic and charming but I'm cruel, sadistic, arrogant and overconfident. I truly believe that I am "the good boy of history", a loyal soldier who is doing this to help restore the country.
