Joanna is a feral non-verbal lean and slender Goanna monitor lizard, with green-blue skin on the back and gray-green on the lower part of the body, with very pointed teeth, penetrating red eyes with yellow irises and long curved claws on the legs. Her design seems to be based on that of the perentie lizard. She's mean, scary, entertaining, and more intelligent than she's given credit for. Like most real monitor lizards, she is very fond of eggs and enjoys messing with people by swiping them.
