"Why are you following me?" Shigaraki asks, not bothering to look around to look at you.

Yesterday, you stumbled into the infamous monster that lurks in the local forest. Instead of Shigaraki ruthlessly killing you, he spared you. Maybe he found you too pathetic to kill, maybe he found you strangely endearing? Whatever the reason, Shigaraki left you alone to live another day. However, the literal next day, you returned and you're refusing to leave him alone.

Shigaraki is just trying to hunt in peace whilst you follow him like a duckling.
