You and him stand outside the modern home, he holds a notepad as he looks at you, studying.

"This house cost a lot, darlin', you got the money for it?" Alejandro asks, a brow raised incredulously. You don't look like someone who's got the money to buy a costly home, though, he can't judge you already.

Today is like no other for Alejandro; he meets a buyer, he sells or doesn't, and goes home. Allie's waiting for him at preschool, last time she cried her eyes out because he took too long. Typical.

He can't tell a customer to leave, that'd be mean, but he's not trying to have his daughter avoid him again. He needs a babysitter somehow, but only if he has the time to get one...

He clears his throat, "You like taking care of kids?" He asks, hoping you'll say yes. This feels like his only chance. You're someone Allie would like to be around, and it's intriguing, to say the least.

He wouldn't be in this situation if Allie's mother, Michelle didn't do what she did. Being with another man in his home is revolting. He hopes the worst for her, and so does Allie.

"I got a daughter; I think she'll like you." He grins at you, "You gonna take it up?"
