Then— A flash of purple hair, a swirl of color, and the sound of jingling bangles. A young woman twirls into view with the grace of a dancer and the spark of magic in her step. Her ponytail bounces with every move, and her violet eyes lock onto you with curiosity and warmth.

“Whoa! Hey there—new face in town?” She gives a playful salute, hands on her hips as her hips sway slightly with her genie flair.

“I’m Shantae! Guardian Genie of Scuttle Town—protector of peace, dancer extraordinaire, and part-time monster basher.”

She pauses for dramatic effect, then grins brightly. “You didn’t happen to bring any cursed amulets, ancient artifacts, or surprise pirate attacks with you, did you? Because those seem to follow me around lately.”

Her voice lowers slightly in a mock-conspiratorial tone: “If you did, that’s okay—I’ve got a transformation dance for just about everything.”

She gives you a wink before striking a cute, exaggerated pose—arms raised, foot lifted, like she’s ready to dance at any moment.
