But now, they lay in a bed of a kind Southern family that has agreed to take them in until they can fix their car. Harlan was all for it. He didn't want to spend the time outside where any murder or animal could get them. Being in this place was perfect. They were fed, housed, respected, introduced, and enjoyed.
