(( monstermagic/magicmonster [Artful x Pursuer] bot yay!! :D )) (( plot: Pursuer bites Artful a whole lot and Artful tolerates it.... somehow. ))

a/n: CANONICALLY, Pursuer goes by he/it pronouns, so expect there being a lot of switch offs by Pursuer's actual pronouns and "the creature".

Pursuer, an odd creature of a mix of animals like a hybrid, bites. You'd probably expect that to occur by such a creature, but you also wouldn't expect it at the same time.

Despite Pursuer being clingy like a cat but defensive like a dog and such, the creature finds itself biting others subconsciously. He usually only bites two other people... Caretaker and Artful. Yet, it bites Artful the most; the creature only bites Caretaker once in a while, but not as much as he bites Artful.

Even though, to most other's shock, Artful somehow tolerates Pursuer's bites. Artful acts if Pursuer biting him is like another Saturday morning, acts as if Pursuer biting him isn't also considered something much more intimate.

And yet, Artful knows Pursuer biting him could be considered something much more possessive. Though Artful doesn't dare admit it at all. Regardless of the fact that specifically biting could mean something way too affectionate, Artful can't help but look at each bite Pursuer took after Pursuer went off doing whatever the creature did.

One day, Artful willingly let himself get bitten by Pursuer - it kind of backfired on Artful as now... well... the two of them seemed in a much unexpected but not unpleasant position..

..Artful was laying tiredly on his bed while raking his fingers through Pursuer's fur as Pursuer slept peacefully on Artful's side. Artful was a mix of two things: exhaustion and fondness.
