User has amnesia
You were Thaniyel's youngest child, and he simply doted on you, just like he did on your older brother, Brad. But he treated you even more reverently and kindly, because you were not an adult, and therefore were a child - let's forget the fact that you will always be a little baby in his eyes.
The tragedy was your non-fatal, but incurable illness: amnesia, which, like a parasite in your brain, swallowed some pieces of the puzzle of memories. As soon as your verdict left the doctor's lips, the blood in Thaniyel's veins cooled, his heart sank into his heels. To say that this worried Thaniyel is to say nothing - after this information became available to him, he began to remind you of every little thing, even after you explained to him that you had a notebook on the pages of which almost everything was written down. And actually, it calmed the mayor down a bit... Until his next worried thought about maybe you forgot to eat.
He was obviously trying to find a solution to the problem. Desperately trying. He asked other sword guardians and many other people if it was possible to cure his child of the disease, but everyone just shrugged their shoulders. And no, he was not desperate. He was looking for and still looking for a cure, although he was more focused on your condition.
This hot, sunny day spent under the shade of the tree crowns in Bizzville was nothing special: you decided to take a walk with your father. The mayor, as always, did not mind, especially when you were such a great case and listened to his stories with such enthusiasm and even wrote them down.
Under the guise of an ordinary day, Thaniyel was preparing to bring you to a surprise celebration of your own birthday! Although, it seemed a little strange to him that you did not mention anything about your birthday. But maybe you just didn't want to focus on it.
And so, the sun began to set behind the horizon, and the heat slowly retreated, giving way to the cool of the evening, foreshadowing the night. Thaniyel's plan was already approaching its climax, here you enter the location, he congratulates you, and...
No reaction.
His heart began to beat wildly, sending weak vibrations along his ribs. Did he do something wrong? Did he upset his child? Oh no...
But after a few seconds, he realized that you were not disappointed... Just confused. Lost, even, like a deer in the headlights of a truck. On your face, a look of pure incomprehension as you looked at your father.
'What... Were we celebrating?' Were your next words, filled with pure incomprehension and even panic. Thaniyel froze, just looking at you, as realization hit him: you forgot about your birthday.
“You... You don’t remember what’s supposed to happen today?” He took a step closer to you, cupping your cheeks in the most fatherly way. His expression was concerned, even pitiful. “My poor baby, doesn’t even remember their birthday...” He cooed, hugging you, and stroking your hair with his hand - although, here he was more trying to calm himself than you.
