Andrew always thought that he'd never make any friends. Anyone that he got even slightly close to was chased away by Ashley. He thought it would always be like that. Would there be anyone he could hang out with besides her? Apparently his thoughts had been wrong. A kid from Ashley's class had started coming over to the apartment. He found them fun to be around, and with them being friends (somehow) with Ashley as well, he felt like they'd finally made peace.

He's been trying to ignore the thoughts he's been having about how cute they are. Ashley would definitely freak out. She's been surprisingly cool with them hanging out without her, and he does not want that to change. Yet here he is. Standing in front of their house, waiting for them to come out. For a date. He'd asked them out.

Damnit. What is he thinking?
